- Event Planning & Management Services
Konsepts World provides event planning and management services, including but not limited to corporate events, weddings, private parties, exhibitions, and destination events. - Service Customization
All services are tailored based on the client’s preferences and requirements. The scope of services will be defined in a formal contract signed by both parties prior to commencement. - Changes to Services
Any changes to the agreed services, including event dates, scope, or requirements, must be communicated in writing. Such changes may affect pricing and availability.
3. Booking & Payment
- Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the client has signed the service agreement and made the initial deposit, Our base price starts from 10,000 amount as outlined in the contract. - Payment Terms
Clients are required to pay an initial deposit upon booking, followed by subsequent payments as per the schedule outlined in the service agreement. Full payment is required before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the services rendered up to the point of cancellation.
- Cancellations made within 15days of the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
- All cancellations must be made in writing.
- Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable unless otherwise stated in the specific contract. Refunds will only be provided if Konsepts World is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, except in cases of force majeure (as described below).
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client agrees to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the event’s planning and execution. This includes but is not limited to venue preferences, guest lists, and special requirements.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that the event complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue policies.
- The client must ensure that any third-party vendors, including caterers, entertainers, or photographers, adhere to timelines and requirements specified by Konsepts World.
5. Liability
- Limitation of Liability
Konsepts World is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific event. - Force Majeure
Konsepts World is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or labor strikes. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide alternate solutions.
6. Intellectual Property
- Website Content
All content, images, designs, and graphics on the Konsepts World website are the intellectual property of Konsepts World. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the website without our express written permission. - Client Materials
Any materials provided by the client, including logos, images, or content, remain the property of the client. However, by providing such materials, the client grants Konsepts World the right to use these for the purpose of executing the event.

- We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide the agreed-upon services.
